The Seal Hop is a contest of sheer endurance to see how far a person can go out of determination alone. The participants assume a push-up positionon the heels and knuckles of their hands and the toes of their feet. The participants then hop using their arms as far as they can landing in the same position while keeping their back straight and elbows bent. Only the participants toes and knuckles may touch the floor
